1. Taraflar

İşbu Mesafeli Hizmet Satış Sözleşmesi, MANSIO HUB platformu üzerinden elektronik ortamda rezervasyon, konaklama, transfer, tur, organizasyon veya benzeri seyahat hizmeti satın alan müşteri/partner ile hizmet sağlayıcı arasında düzenlenmiştir.

2. Sözleşmenin Konusu

Sözleşmenin konusu; internet sitesi, B2B panel, ödeme linki veya sanal POS üzerinden sunulan hizmetlerin kapsamı, ödeme koşulları, rezervasyonun niteliği, iptal-iade şartları ve tarafların hak ve yükümlülükleridir.

3. Hizmet Bilgileri

Satın alınan hizmetin otel adı, giriş/çıkış tarihi, gece sayısı, oda tipi, kişi sayısı, para birimi, toplam bedel, vergi dahil fiyat ve varsa özel koşulları rezervasyon/ödeme ekranında gösterilir.

4. Rezervasyon ve Ödeme

Rezervasyonun kesinleşmesi, ilgili hizmet sağlayıcı/otel/tedarikçi müsaitliği, ödeme onayı ve sistem tarafından bildirilen koşulların yerine getirilmesine bağlıdır. Kredi kartı işlemleri banka veya yetkili ödeme kuruluşunun güvenli altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.

5. Ön Bilgilendirme ve Onay

Müşteri/partner, ödeme veya rezervasyon onayı vermeden önce hizmet detaylarını, toplam fiyatı, iptal-iade koşullarını, gizlilik/KVKK metnini ve işbu sözleşmeyi okuyup kabul ettiğini beyan eder.

6. Cayma Hakkı ve İstisnalar

Belirli tarihte veya belirli dönemde ifa edilecek konaklama, ulaşım, transfer, tur, etkinlik ve boş zaman hizmetlerinde cayma hakkı mevzuattaki istisnalar nedeniyle sınırlı veya uygulanamaz olabilir. Bu hizmetlerde rezervasyon ekranında bildirilen özel iptal-iade koşulları geçerlidir.

7. Uyuşmazlıklar

Uyuşmazlıklarda yürürlükteki Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mevzuatı ve yetkili tüketici hakem heyetleri, tüketici mahkemeleri veya ilgili merciler geçerlidir.

1. Parties

This Distance Service Sales Agreement is entered into between the customer/partner purchasing reservation, accommodation, transfer, tour, organization or similar travel services electronically through the MANSIO HUB platform and the service provider.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the scope of services offered through the website, B2B panel, payment link or virtual POS, payment conditions, nature of the reservation, cancellation-refund terms and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Service Information

The hotel name, check-in/check-out date, number of nights, room type, number of guests, currency, total amount including taxes and any special conditions are displayed on the reservation/payment screen.

4. Reservation and Payment

Final confirmation of the reservation depends on hotel/supplier availability, payment approval and fulfilment of the conditions displayed by the system. Credit card transactions are processed through the secure infrastructure of the relevant bank or authorized payment institution.

5. Pre-Information and Approval

The customer/partner declares that before making payment or confirming the reservation, they have reviewed and accepted the service details, total price, cancellation-refund terms, privacy/KVKK notice and this agreement.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

For accommodation, transportation, transfer, tour, event and leisure services to be performed on a specific date or period, the right of withdrawal may be limited or unavailable due to legal exceptions. The specific cancellation-refund terms displayed on the reservation screen shall apply.

7. Disputes

Any disputes shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye and the competent consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts or relevant authorities.

1. Genel Kurallar

İptal ve iade işlemleri; satın alınan hizmetin türüne, rezervasyon tarihine, hizmet tarihine kalan süreye, otel/tedarikçi koşullarına ve ödeme ekranında bildirilen özel şartlara göre uygulanır.

2. Konaklama İptalleri

• Check-in tarihine 7 gün ve daha uzun süre kala yapılan iptallerde, tahsil edilmiş tutarın tamamı iade edilir.
• Check-in tarihine 3 ila 6 gün kala yapılan iptallerde toplam rezervasyon bedeli üzerinden %30 kesinti uygulanır.
• Check-in tarihine 1 ila 2 gün kala yapılan iptaller no-show kapsamında değerlendirilir ve ücret iadesi yapılmaz.

3. Transfer Hizmetleri

Transfer hizmetlerinde, hizmet tarihinden 1 gün öncesine kadar yapılan iptallerde ücretin tamamı iade edilir. Transfer günü yapılan iptaller no-show kapsamında değerlendirilir ve iade yapılmaz.

4. Tam Ödeme Koşulu

Check-in tarihine 5 günden az süre kalan rezervasyonlarda toplam hizmet bedelinin rezervasyon anında tam olarak tahsil edilmesi gerekebilir.

5. İade Yöntemi

İade hakkı doğması halinde iade, ödemenin yapıldığı yöntem üzerinden başlatılır. Kredi kartı iadelerinde tutarın karta yansıma süresi bankanın işlem süreçlerine göre değişebilir.

6. Özel / İadesiz Fiyatlar

Ödeme ekranında iadesiz, non-refundable, özel fiyat, erken rezervasyon veya benzeri ibarelerle belirtilen hizmetlerde iade yapılmayabilir.

1. General Rules

Cancellation and refund transactions are applied according to the type of service purchased, reservation date, time remaining until the service date, hotel/supplier conditions and the special terms displayed on the payment screen.

2. Accommodation Cancellations

• For cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date, the full amount collected is refunded.
• For cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the check-in date, a 30% deduction is applied to the total reservation amount.
• For cancellations made 1 to 2 days before the check-in date, the booking is treated as no-show and no refund is made.

3. Transfer Services

For transfer services, cancellations made up to 1 day before the service date are fully refunded. Cancellations made on the transfer day are treated as no-show and are non-refundable.

4. Full Payment Condition

For reservations with fewer than 5 days remaining until check-in, the total service amount may be required to be collected in full at the time of reservation.

5. Refund Method

If a refund right arises, the refund is initiated through the original payment method. For credit card refunds, the time required for the amount to appear on the card depends on the bank's processing period.

6. Special / Non-Refundable Rates

Services marked on the payment screen as non-refundable, special rate, early booking or similar may not be eligible for refund.

Bu metin, MANSIO HUB üzerinden yürütülen rezervasyon, ödeme, acente kaydı, müşteri iletişimi ve destek süreçlerinde kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin bilgilendirme amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

2. İşlenen Veriler

Ad, soyad, telefon, e-posta, adres, kimlik/pasaport bilgileri, seyahat ve rezervasyon detayları, fatura bilgileri, ödeme işlem bilgileri, IP adresi, kullanıcı cihaz/tarayıcı bilgileri ve iletişim kayıtları işlenebilir.

3. İşleme Amaçları

Veriler; rezervasyonun oluşturulması, hizmetin sunulması, ödeme ve faturalandırma işlemleri, müşteri desteği, iptal-iade süreçleri, yasal yükümlülükler, güvenlik ve dolandırıcılık önleme amaçlarıyla işlenir.

4. Aktarım

Hizmetin sağlanması için gerekli olduğu ölçüde oteller, transfer/tur sağlayıcıları, ödeme kuruluşları, muhasebe/hukuk danışmanları, yazılım/hosting hizmet sağlayıcıları ve yetkili kamu kurumları ile paylaşım yapılabilir.

5. Kart Bilgileri

Kredi kartı bilgileri MANSIO HUB sistemlerinde saklanmaz; kart işlemleri banka veya yetkili ödeme kuruluşunun güvenli altyapısı üzerinden yürütülür.

6. Haklarınız

KVKK kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme, silme, itiraz ve diğer haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi [email protected] adresine iletebilirsiniz.

1. Data Controller and Scope

This notice has been prepared to inform users about the processing of personal data during reservation, payment, agency registration, customer communication and support processes carried out through MANSIO HUB.

2. Processed Data

Name, surname, phone, e-mail, address, identity/passport information, travel and reservation details, invoice information, payment transaction information, IP address, user device/browser information and communication records may be processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

Data is processed for creating reservations, providing services, payment and invoicing, customer support, cancellation-refund processes, legal obligations, security and fraud prevention.

4. Transfer

To the extent necessary to provide the service, data may be shared with hotels, transfer/tour providers, payment institutions, accounting/legal advisors, software/hosting service providers and authorized public institutions.

5. Card Information

Credit card information is not stored in MANSIO HUB systems; card transactions are carried out through the secure infrastructure of the relevant bank or authorized payment institution.

6. Your Rights

You may send your requests regarding access, correction, deletion, objection and other rights under KVKK to [email protected].

1. Kapsam

B2B Partner Kullanım Şartları, MANSIO HUB sistemine kayıt olan acente, partner, alt acente ve profesyonel seyahat işletmelerinin kullanım koşullarını düzenler.

2. Kayıt ve Onay

Acente kayıt başvurusu sistem üzerinden alınır. Başvurular MANSIO HUB yönetimi tarafından incelenir; başvurunun alınması otomatik hesap onayı veya ticari kabul anlamına gelmez.

3. Hesap Güvenliği

Partner, kullanıcı adı ve şifresinin güvenliğinden sorumludur. Hesap üzerinden yapılan arama, rezervasyon ve işlem kayıtları ilgili partner hesabı ile ilişkilendirilir.

4. Rezervasyon ve Ödeme

B2B sistem üzerinden oluşturulan rezervasyonlar, sistemde belirtilen ödeme, kredi, iptal-iade ve tedarikçi koşullarına tabidir.

5. Veri ve Gizlilik

Partner, sisteme girdiği müşteri ve yolcu bilgilerinin doğru olduğunu ve ilgili kişilerden gerekli bilgilendirme/izinleri aldığını kabul eder.

1. Scope

B2B Partner Terms regulate the usage conditions of agencies, partners, sub-agencies and professional travel companies registered in the MANSIO HUB system.

2. Registration and Approval

Agency registration applications are received through the system. Applications are reviewed by MANSIO HUB management; submission of an application does not automatically mean account approval or commercial acceptance.

3. Account Security

The partner is responsible for the security of its username and password. Searches, reservations and transaction records made through the account are associated with the relevant partner account.

4. Reservation and Payment

Reservations created through the B2B system are subject to the payment, credit, cancellation-refund and supplier conditions displayed in the system.

5. Data and Privacy

The partner accepts that customer and passenger information entered into the system is accurate and that necessary notices/permissions have been obtained from the relevant individuals.

1. Çerez Kullanımı

MANSIO HUB web sitesi ve B2B panelinde oturum güvenliği, dil tercihleri, sistem performansı, form işlevleri ve kullanıcı deneyimi için çerezler kullanılabilir.

2. Zorunlu Çerezler

Giriş oturumu, CSRF güvenliği, rezervasyon formu ve sistemin temel işlevleri için zorunlu çerezler kullanılabilir.

3. Tercih ve Performans Çerezleri

Dil, görünüm, kullanım kolaylığı ve sistem performansını iyileştirmek amacıyla sınırlı çerezler kullanılabilir.

4. Kontrol

Kullanıcılar tarayıcı ayarları üzerinden çerez tercihlerini değiştirebilir. Zorunlu çerezlerin kapatılması halinde sistemin bazı özellikleri çalışmayabilir.

4. Control

Users can change cookie preferences through browser settings. If mandatory cookies are disabled, some system features may not function properly.
